Implementation & Training Services
Our consultants are experienced professionals who can help you realise the full potential of deploying our solutions. While each assignment is specific to each customer, we follow a proven methodology to ensure consistency of delivery and to keep timescales as short as possible.

Training
We have developed a range of training services to ensure that users get up to speed with our solutions in the shortest possible time and our customers achieve a faster return on their CTSpace investment. We offer training courses for standard users and for more advanced users such as administrators who will need to learn more about the broader functionality of our solutions.

Customer Web-Based Training
This format of training ensures customers can reduce deployment times, drive increased adoption and reduce the costs and strain associated with traditional training methods. Hosted remotely, with no hardware, software or administrative expenses to the customer, this new interactive Foundation Course training is available to users 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Users can complete training at their own pace and whenever is most convenient for them. The training system records at what stage of training users are and returns them to where they left off when they next login. Training can be provided via a combination of Powerpoint, Flash and screen shots, is role based and fully interactive.

Training Program Sponsors can enforce their direct reports to complete the training before using CTSpace and get status reports and notifications on who has and who has not taken the training, how much time users spent taking the training and how well they performed in the training assessments and quizzes.

Public and On-Site Classroom Training
All classes are hands-on and can be conducted either at our dedicated CTSpace Training Centre or at your site. On completion all delegates receive a CTSpace training certificate.

Custom Training
In addition to our standard courses, we also offer bespoke training packages based on Business Process Management catering for your specific needs. This can cover the use of specific processes within your organisations, or the use of change management services to help adoption of the system.

Process Optimisation
CTSpace has extensive experience in how to use collaboration technology most effectively to improve working practices on a wide range of engagements.
