BuildOnline Customer Support
The BuildOnline application will be upgraded on 8th March 2008, as part of the release we will be upgrading two Java applets. We have taken the decision to upgrade these applets after requests from you, our customers, to optimise the upload process and improve the viewer capability. Please go to our Beta site now where the relevant applets will be updated automatically. If you have any difficulty uploading or viewing documents whilst on the Beta site you may be in a locked down PC environment. If this is the case please do not contact CTSpace Customer Services, we do not have access to your system and will not be able to assist you on this occasion. Please notify your IT department and direct them to this message, they will then be able to update the applets as necessary. Please disregard the Certificate error you may receive going through to our Beta site, the site is fully secured.
