Cisco Systems choose CTSpace for the construction of 5 new office building projects

Cisco Systems, based in San Jose, California,  is the leading supplier of networking equipment and network management for the Internet. The have chosen the CTSpace solution to facilitate collaboration on five new office building projects.  Cisco and multiple collaboration partners including Jones Lang LaSalle and Turner & Townsend, will be using the solution to manage documentation and workflow, including a customised change control process being developed by the CTSpace development team.

Infrastructure Ontario selects CTSpace to manage their Program of Works

Infrastructure Ontario is a crown corporation playing a leading role in one of the most robust infrastructure development programs in the country.  Innovative solutions are vital to addressing Ontario's infrastructure deficit, which in turn must be overcome in order for them to build a more competitive economy.  Infrastructure Ontario has been assigned more than 45 major infrastructure projects by the Government of Ontario.   These projects represent significant investments in communities across the province. Already they have brought more than two dozen major projects to market, worth more than $5 billion. Over 100,000 jobs are expected to be generated in the province from the projects assigned to Infrastructure Ontario.

Hines chose CTSpace for the Porta Nuova regeneration project in Milan

Hines, the international real estate firm, has chosen to use the CTSpace solution for the renovation of the Garibaldi-Repubblica-Varsine district, located in the centre of Milan.  The ambitious project will include 230,000mē of office space, private housing, retail space, educational facilities, leisure and cultural sites, as well as a 90,000mē park.

Celtic Asset Management chose CTSpace for the construction of the ""Cybernetyki Office Park"" in Warsaw

Celtic Asset Management, a real estate developer and asset management company based in Poland, chose the CTSpace solution as their standard communication tools across all of their projects, including the ""Cybernetyki Office Park"" project in Warsaw.  The first phase of this development was the Helio project, a six storey building of over 8,000mē of office space and an underground car park for 92 cars.  The General Contractor for the proejct was Strabag, with Caledonian Project Management supervising the construction, which was completed in Q3 2007.  The second phase of the project is the 5,000mē Luminar office building which is scheduled for completion in late 2008.
