Strabag chose CTSpace for the construction of the new Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow
Strabag, one of Europe's leading construction groups, have chosen the CTSpace solution to support the construction of the new Four Seasons Hotel in Moscow. The key aim of this proejct is to sympathetically redevelop two historical, and protected, buildings: the Mariinskoje Dame School and the House of Gustav List. As well as the new 5* Four Seasons Hotel, the project will include the construction of an underground car park and six, four to six storey buildings which will provide 38,000mē of private accommodation and 7,000mē of office space.

Strabag chose CTSpace for the construction of the Al Naeem Mall
Strabag have again chosen CTSpace's solution to support the construction of the Al Naeem Mall in Ras Al Khaimah which is about an hours drive from Dubai. In just 25 months the project aims to deliver a 45,000mē retail area which will, as well as teh rental space for shops etc, include a cinema.
