AMEC chose CTSpace for schools and estate management contract
AMEC have created the 'insprED' joint venture with INnisFree and Equion, to bid for one of the UK's largest PFI schools project for South Lanarkshire Council. The contract for the delivery of 17 new and 2 refurbished secondary schools, and the provision of estate management services over the 30-year concession period, is valued in excess of £290m.

CTSpace solutions to support the ""France Diplomatic Campus"" in China
This project concerns the construction of the French Embassy, the residence of the Ambassador and a garden on a 2 hectare site in Beijing. The Embassy will cover 7,000², with an extra 1,430m² for the residence and 3,000m² for the garden. The Ministry for European and Foreign Affairs is in overall control of the project, with architect Sarea Alain Sarfati, the engineering company Séchaud & Bossuyt, and a local contractor making up the project team. The project is currently in the design phase and invitations to tender for the construction phase have been sent. The CTSpace platform enables the teams based in France and China to effectively communicate and collaborate on this project.
