Defect Management

Organizations can track and resolve defects that occur during production.  Fully integrated with our collaboration platform, our defect management tool enables organizations to track defects and assign the appropriate resources to resolve issues.

Tender Management

Project templates enable administrators to create standard definitions of project types. These are dependant upon the type of project and how it will be delivered. This will define the project details, tasks, deliverables, business roles and folder structure used to execute the project.  Authorized users can then create new projects by choosing a project template.

Project administrators can create Template Tasks which will define the activities that must be completed during the project lifecycle and the order in which they must be completed.  They also define the different roles that should complete each task and the expected duration of each task.
