FusionLive centralizes all of your project information in one trusted, structured & auditable location. With FusionLive, all project participants can find the appropriate version of the desired document or data and the information about what needs to be done by whom and when. From calendars to documents to reports, all aspects of the project system are integrated, allowing you to monitor aspects of the project in respect to a pre-agreed plan. As FusionLive is delivered as a service via the Internet, it is highly applicable for use across variable and dynamic project teams where there is no common IT infrastructure or desktop environment.

FusionLive Desktop integrates the FusionLive platform with Microsoft Windows Explorer. It connects directly to the platform over an internet connection. Since all FusionLive security protocols are enforced, you must identify yourself with your login and password before you can access any of your workspaces. All your workspaces are available in a standard Microsoft Explorer® window. You can navigate, according to your security rights, through the FusionLive workspaces and folders using the standard windows explorer interface. It will be like navigating on your hard drive when in fact you will be navigating on FusionLive with one distinction. All of your actions will be recorded in the system audit trail.

Business Process designer ( BPD) is an easy to use graphical design tool that allows you to define your business processes for automation in Collaboration Workspace ( CW). Using BPD, you have complete control over the sequence of activities as well as the business forms presented to users at each step in the workflow. Once you define your custom processes in BPD, you upload them into CW, where you can then link them to your organizational and project workspaces.

BFU is an easy to use utility designed for use with the Collaboration Workspace solution. Collaboration Workspace is used by asset owners and operators around the world to manage mission-critical, global programs and projects with large Document Control requirements. This includes publishing, managing and collaborating on a large numbers of documents and their
attributes (i.e. metadata).

Portals are designed to provide insight into workspace activity and personal responsibilities by
consolidating relevant information in a single graphical view.

The portals are implemented using a flexible and extensible architecture that allows for the addition of new content frames without requiring a new software release. Working with Sword's
Professional Services, customers can design and deploy new portals leveraging a library of available Collaboration Workspace (CW) services or available third party web services.
